I have been a caregiver with Assisting Hands for 6 years. I have also worked for many years with other home care services. Assisting Hands is no doubt the best home care service. They are a family based team of workers that work very well together. The owners and office staff genuinely care about their clients, as well as their caregivers and make sure that they get a suitable caregiver for specific needs of their clients. The caregivers that I have met and worked with are caring, patient and hard workers. I highly recommend Assisting Hands to take care of your loved ones, knowing that they will be compassionate and safe “Assisting Hands”.
I am very happy with my caregiver and very happy with Assisting Hands. Assisting Hands is very good to me. They even come to assist me after hours when needed.
Every Friday Martha does my laundry and assists me with my shower. She also does light housekeeping for me. Martha is a sweetheart. She is a very caring person.
I am glad I have Assisting Hands to help me. The girls that come are very helpful. They are very nice people. We get along so very well. Mariah & Phyllis help me bathe and take care of all my needs.
Assisting Hands has provided my mother with excellent in-home care which has allowed me to be able to go to work with peace-of -mind. Her care provider is compassionate & capable and has become like a member of the family.
Thank you all so very much for all the love and generous care you gave my mom. She was truly loved by her family and all the ladies who cared for her. I was so lucky to have my mom these last few years, but I never could have done it without Assisting Hands.
Thank you so much for all your help with Mom. Mimi was a godsend to us. Mom enjoyed having her around. You’ve picked a perfect match for her. God bless you for all you do for our senior population.
My dad and I wanted to thank you for hosting the Alzheimer’s program last Saturday. It was informative and got me thinking about some important issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. The lunch and donuts were appreciated as well. We look forward to more such programs. Thank you!
She has been a blessing for us. I live 3 hours away from my mother and I can’t stand it! I want to be around her all the time. When I walk in mom asks “Where is my friend?” She considers her, Dottie who cares for my mother, a close friend now. I have had the closest contact with her, but my whole family has pulled her in. She has loved her way into my mother’s heart even with my mom’s dementia and other difficulties. It is the unconditional love that I learned as a child and she is giving it right back to us. Sometimes she’s even better with her because I’m too close to her. We touch base every week. It is a personal relationship not a business one. I don’t know what I’d do without her. I thank God every day for her.
I liked Mimi as soon as I met her. She is friendly, dependable and always here. What else can I say, she is great! I enjoy having her come here. She is the best caregiver I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many over the last two years. She is the only one who serves me right. She does a good job and doesn’t have to be told what to do or how to do it. She seems to know what is on my mind. She is also good companion and I really enjoy her company!
