Introducing Our Honoree, Smith Who Is Empathetic, Responsible and Accountable
As an in home care agency, our goal is to be able to provide our clients the best care and we are proud to be introducing our July Caregiver of the Month. Our caregivers are compassionate, empathetic, responsible, and accountable. This month’s caregiver of the month embodies all these qualities as well as being a team player. Smith has shown up consistently not only to his shifts but also helps the team. Weekends are always harder to staff because everyone wants and deserves time off. However, Smith goes above and beyond to fill in for others. He’s very selfless as he also has 2 children and must make time for his family as well. We couldn’t be prouder of Smith for being an all-around great guy. His communication is also very impressive, and he gets back to management immediately. We are very confident in his abilities and are grateful to have him on our team.
About Smith
Smith is a fun-loving guy. He’s known as dad to 2 young boys. Both who have energy for days and keep Smith on his toes. When Smith’s not working, he loves spending time with his boys and wife. He’s also known to lighten the mood and get people smiling. He’s very encouraging and supportive and we like to call him Mr. Reliable. It is an honor to name him as our July Caregiver of the Month.

After passing extensive background checks, each caregiver becomes insured, bonded, and trained in CPR and First Aid.
