Care workers should ensure clients have regular access to water and encourage frequent fluid intake throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>Education and observation are essential responsibilities for home care teams. Staff should monitor clients for signs of sunburn, heat exhaustion, or unusual changes to the skin and report any concerns promptly.
