How are your caregivers supervised?
We use advanced technology, including Telephony and Geofencing, to ensure the supervision and accountability of our caregivers. These systems track caregiver arrival and departure times, allowing clock-ins and clock-outs only at the location of care. Additionally, our caregivers use this mobile software to document daily care notes that we monitor daily.
To further enhance the quality of care, we conduct on-site supervision visits by our Director of Nursing every 30-60 days, maintaining open lines of communication for ongoing support and feedback.
How do you ensure the safety and reliability of your caregivers?
At Assisting Hands Home Care, the safety and security of our clients are paramount. We conduct thorough background checks on all our caregivers, including comprehensive state and federal checks. Additionally, for caregivers who assist with transportation, we also run their driver’s license records to ensure they have a clean drivers record. Our rigorous screening process is designed to provide you with peace of mind and the highest level of trust in our caregivers.
