      We can give you names and contact information for local organizations and providers we see families work with successfully.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Coordinate with your permission<\/strong>
      With your approval, we can share basic information with your chosen provider to help make the transition smoother and avoid repeating your story over and over.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Home health is medical care at home<\/strong> ordered by a doctor. It\u2019s typically short-term and focused on a specific medical need.<\/p>\n

                          Are you a medical or home health agency?<\/h3>\n

                          No. Assisting Hands Home Care of Chattanooga is a non-medical home care agency<\/strong>.
                          We help with personal care and daily living tasks<\/strong>\u2014things like bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and caregiver respite. We do not<\/strong> provide nursing, therapy, or medical treatments.<\/p>\n
