Skilled Nursing Therapy

We have many Assisting Hands offices throughout the United States. Home care is our primary business, however we do have offices that offer a higher level of skilled care. Please contact your local office to inquire if skilled nursing and therapy services are available in your area.

Our experienced healthcare professionals will prepare a customized plan of care based on the individual’s needs. We will coordinate our efforts with your physician and assist you with the following services:

  • Post-surgical Care
  • Wound management
  • Ongoing nurse assessments and evaluations
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Cancer Recovery
  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

In addition, Assisting Hands specializes in providing assistance and resources in many areas of concern such as counseling on community programs, locating public and private resources, coordinating medical equipment needs, and more.

I don't know how I would have made it through the first two weeks after my hip surgery without the help of the caregivers from Assisting Hands®. They gave me the peace of mind of knowing I'd have someone coming by everyday to help with post-surgery exercises and appointments. As an added bonus, they did my laundry and helped with other things around the house. If I find myself in a similar situation again, I would certainly turn to Assisting Hands® for help.
