Nick Morros brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical operations, consulting, physician relations, and healthcare leadership. Throughout his career, he has partnered with hospitals and healthcare systems across the country to improve patient care, operational performance, and financial outcomes. His background includes working closely with physicians, healthcare executives, and care teams to develop patient-focused solutions and build strong organizational relationships. Nick is passionate about serving seniors and helping families navigate care with compassion, dignity, and trust. As a long-time member of the Birmingham community, he values building meaningful local connections and supporting families throughout every stage of care. Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, community involvement, and coaching youth baseball.

Heather Morros has spent her career in healthcare marketing and advertising, helping healthcare organizations strengthen community engagement and build lasting relationships. Her experience includes branding, communications, outreach, and developing patient-centered marketing strategies that connect families with the resources and support they need. Heather is passionate about creating a caring and supportive experience for clients and their loved ones while helping families feel confident and informed throughout the care journey. She is excited to bring her healthcare and community-focused background to Assisting Hands Home Care and serve families across the Birmingham area. Heather values compassion, communication, and personal connection in everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, socializing, and participating in community activities and events.
