A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she also steps in to provide care for complex cases. Her clinical skill, flexibility, and calm approach make her an essential part of our care team and a trusted support for both clients and caregivers.

Ireland also leads our Rapid Response Team, ensuring seamless coverage when the unexpected happens. Whether there is a last-minute callout, sudden discharge, or urgent increase in care needs, she quickly mobilizes to prevent gaps in support.

You will meet both. Our leadership team stays actively involved in assessments, care planning, scheduling, and ongoing communication. We do not disappear after care starts.

Ellice, our Client Services Manager with a nursing background, leads assessments and develops personalized care plans. She works closely with families to ensure the plan reflects real-life needs, not a template.


Q: Who do I contact if I have a concern?

You contact us directly. Mandy, Chris, Ellice, Bridget, Ireland, or another team member will respond quickly. We believe problems should be solved by decision-makers, not escalated through layers of bureaucracy.


Q: How are caregivers hired and supervised?

Ireland leads our Rapid Response Team. If there is a last-minute callout or urgent change, we mobilize quickly to maintain coverage and protect continuity.


Q: Are your caregivers employees or contractors?

All caregivers are W-2 employees. They are insured, trained, and supervised by our leadership team. We do not subcontract care.
