Chris | Principal 

Chris brings a strong background in financial services and leads our Long-Term Care insurance review program, helping families understand and maximize their coverage. He also oversees daily operations, ensuring every client receives seamless, reliable care and exceptional service. Contact Chris

Mandy Jerin | Owner & Executive Director 

With a background in marketing and communications, Mandy leads our marketing and client relations efforts. She focuses on building trusted relationships with families and community partners while ensuring every client experience reflects the compassion and quality our agency is known for.

She believes home care should feel personal, proactive, and deeply connected to the community. Mandy works closely with families, referral partners, and senior living communities across Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia, Nolensville, and Nashville to ensure every client receives thoughtful, reliable support.

Angela Flintz | Area Representative 

Angela is a Registered Nurse with a strong background in patient care and leadership. As our Area Representative for Tennessee, she supports clients, families, and community partners across the region, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care and smooth coordination for every family we serve.

Bridget Maher | Team Development Manager 

As our Team Development Manager, Bridget oversees caregiver hiring and HR operations. She focuses on finding the most skilled and compassionate professionals to join our team, helping ensure we have the right caregivers in place to support each client’s needs. Her upbeat energy and positive spirit keep our office running smoothly and our team motivated every day.

Bridget plays a critical role in caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and team support. She helps build strong client-caregiver matches and ensures schedules are filled with consistency and accountability.

Ellice Mrozek | Client Services Manager 

Originally from Australia, Ellice brings a nursing background and a passion for hands-on care to her role as Client Services Manager. She leads client intake, assessments, and care planning. With her nursing experience and a calm, thoughtful approach, she ensures every new client receives a personalized care plan tailored to their needs and consistent, compassionate, and well-coordinated support.

As our Care Manager, Ellice provides clinical insight and guidance to help every care plan run smoothly. She is often the first voice families hear during a time of transition, and she takes that responsibility seriously. Braden Hernandez | Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator  

As our Marketing and Community Services Coordinator, Braden supports outreach and partner relations across Middle Tennessee. Working under Mandy’s leadership, he focuses on strengthening relationships with referral partners and organizing community activities within senior living and partner communities. His friendly, hands-on approach helps keep our agency connected and visible throughout the region. Ireland Armstrong | Client Services Coordinator  

As our Client Services Coordinator, Ireland works closely with Ellice to support scheduling, caregiver training, and new client meet & greets. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she also steps in to provide care for complex cases. Her clinical skill, flexibility, and calm approach make her an essential part of our care team and a trusted support for both clients and caregivers.

Ireland also leads our Rapid Response Team, ensuring seamless coverage when the unexpected happens. Whether there is a last-minute callout, sudden discharge, or urgent increase in care needs, she quickly mobilizes to prevent gaps in support.

Each member of our team is a carefully screened, background-checked W-2 employee, including Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced professional caregivers trained in personal care, companion care, dementia support, mobility assistance, and post-hospital recovery support.
