At Assisting Hands Home Care Davis, we believe in giving back to our community and supporting causes that directly impact the families we serve. Recently, our team was honored to participate as committee members in the Alzheimer’s Association Lip Sync event at the historic Ziegfeld Theatre in Ogden, Utah.

This lively afternoon was filled with music, laughter, and heartfelt moments—all dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Association. Together with local partners, including Aspen Ridge Home Health & Hospice, Brighten Life Home Health & Hospice, Elevation Home Health & Hospice, Advanced Homecare Assistance, Northern Utah Rehabilitation, and Davis County Aging Services, we helped raise over $6,000 to support Alzheimer’s research and caregiver resources.

The event was a wonderful example of what happens when the senior care community comes together. Seniors, families, and local professionals enjoyed incredible performances from teams across the industry. With so much talent on stage, we were thankful not to be among the judges—it would have been impossible to choose a winner!

The afternoon ended on a sweet note with an ice cream social at the beloved Gandy Dancer. It was the perfect way to close out a day of community, connection, and shared purpose.
