The evening focused on Alzheimer\u2019s disease, dementia prevention, and practical ways to support families already walking this journey.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"870\">Events like this are exactly why we love being part of the Davis and Weber County senior-care community. The room was filled with family caregivers, professionals, and community members who all share the same goal: helping loved ones live safely at home for as long as possible.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"875\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"924\">What We Learned About Alzheimer\u2019s &amp; Dementia<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1039\">Rhett shared an excellent overview of the latest research and best practices.
