family caregivers feeling guilty for wanting a little time to themselves.\u00a0 The reality is, many family caregivers are burned out, and often they do not realize it.\u00a0 According to <a href=\"http:\/\/AgingInPlace.org\">AgingInPlace.org<\/a>, 20-40% of caregivers feel depressed, and even more so among those taking care of a loved one with dementia.\u00a0\u00a0 Caregivers of older adults also reported a higher rate of having &#8220;poor&#8221;
