(between 60-80 years of age) Health in older age shouldn\u2019t be defined by the absence of disease. Healthy Aging is achievable by every older person. It\u2019s all about the Quality of life!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>What does it mean to have a good Quality of Life? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/tools\/whoqol\">The World Health Organization<\/a> describes it as having a positive perception of your position in life in the context of the culture and value systems in which you live and in relation to your goals, expectations, standards and concerns. Many factors play a role in the quality of life such as, financial security, family life, health and safety.
