His career includes 12 years at Deloitte, where he led large-scale consulting and audit projects focused on risk management, operational efficiency, compliance, and data analytics for major global clients. This foundation shaped his ability to manage complex organizations, build processes that ensure quality and accountability, and foster a culture of excellence and trust.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Roberto has specialized in using technology and data to improve outcomes\u2014whether optimizing systems, driving performance metrics, or enhancing client satisfaction. He holds a Masters degree in Data Science, which he leverages to bring a modern, insight-driven approach to the management of home care services, ensuring every family receives consistent, high-quality, and compassionate care.<\/p>\n

Having personally experienced the challenges of caregiving for a loved one, Roberto and his wife Claudia founded Assisting Hands Home Care Manassas with a shared purpose: to make quality home care accessible, reliable, and heartfelt. Claudia brings over 22 years of executive experience in Customer Experience (CX), Operations, and People Leadership across the healthcare, retail, and financial industries. A trained Industrial Engineer and MBA, she has led large-scale customer service transformations, improving client satisfaction, operational performance, and employee engagement across teams of up to 200 people.<\/p>\n

Known for her strategic thinking and deep empathy, Claudia has built her career on creating service cultures where people feel heard, valued, and cared for\u2014values that now define her leadership at Assisting Hands Manassas. Her background in client experience and operations management provides the foundation for a compassionate, organized, and quality-driven approach to home care.<\/p>\n
