That call led me to open an Assisting Hands franchise in Georgetown, TX. Every day, our dedicated team brings professionalism, compassion, and genuine heart to the clients and caregivers we serve.

As a proud citizen of both Brazil and Portugal, and a recent arrival to this vibrant community, I’m eager to deepen my roots—not only as a business owner, but as a neighbor, collaborator, and advocate for care that truly makes a difference.

Korina Gonzalez is a proud native of Georgetown, TX and a seasoned healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in home health and hospice management. Deeply connected to the community she calls home, Korina brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to improving care for local families.

Her career spans key roles in staffing coordination, case management, and business development—consistently driving improvements in care delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction. With a strong track record of building and leading multidisciplinary teams, Korina has successfully overseen operations across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and seamless coordination of care.

Fluent in English and Spanish, and certified as a CNA and BLS Instructor, Korina blends clinical insight with strategic marketing and recruitment to expand partnerships and strengthen community relationships. Known for her integrity, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership style, she fosters high-performing teams that deliver compassionate, client-centered care.
