Erica\u2019s passion for caring for seniors was inspired by her late mother, whose heart for senior ministry demonstrated the profound difference that kindness, presence, and compassionate support can make in a person\u2019s life. Her late father, a U.S. Army veteran, also shaped her commitment to serving those who have spent their lives serving others. Their legacies are at the heart of the mission she carries forward today.<\/p>\n

With a Ph.D. and MBA, Erica brings more than two decades of leadership, healthcare, education, and business experience to Assisting Hands Home Care Gilbert. Her career has included executive leadership roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, where she has worked with major health systems and healthcare organizations to advance strategy, strengthen partnerships, and elevate the customer experience. She has also spent more than a decade educating and mentoring adult learners as an adjunct university faculty member.<\/p>\n

Today, Erica brings that same commitment to excellence to families throughout Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, and surrounding East Valley communities. She believes exceptional home care begins by seeing the whole person\u2014not simply the services they need. At Assisting Hands Home Care Gilbert, that commitment is reflected in a boutique care experience where clients are known, respected, safe, and genuinely cared for\u2014and where families can feel confident knowing their loved one is in compassionate, capable hands.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Erica and her husband, Dwight, have been married for more than two decades and are proud parents of three children \u2014and three beloved fur babies who are very much part of the family. Family, faith, service, and community are central to their lives and are reflected in the values that guide Assisting Hands Home Care Gilbert: compassion, integrity, excellence, and treating every person with dignity and respect.<\/p>\n
