The Ocean County YMCA located in Tom’s River offers some adult programs that may interest seniors. For example, they offer adult fitness programs as well as the Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic program which is a water exercise program designed for those with limited mobility to help relieve pain and stiffness by giving participants the opportunity to do gentle range of motion. This exercise program is lead by an Arthritis Foundation trained & certified instructor.
