We may also recommend other service providers if we believe that a different approach to care is in the person\u2019s best interest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe work to get you the right care, even if that means it\u2019s not our care\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Step 3:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 If appropriate, our Nurse Supervisor will develop a plan of care and we will identify a <a href=\"http:\/\/assistinghands.com\/18\/newjersey\/oceancounty\/careers\/\"><u>Caregiver <\/u><\/a>that has the necessary training, experience and skills for the person needing care. We will also identify someone that should be a good personality match for the person needing care. We will also do nurse check-ins every 30 days.
