Assisting Hands Caregivers Participate in North Shore Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Did you know that more than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease? When caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s, the family often becomes overwhelmed or burned out. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, 35% of those who provide care for a family member with dementia report that their health has gotten worse.
