Jacqueline Dillard and Jazzelle Sienes have shown us the true meaning of working as a team for a great cause.\u00a0 The service they provided meant a lot to our families, and to me personally. They are kind, compassionate, skilled, and hard workers. I know both have spent many sleepless nights making sure that their clients were comfortable and cared for.\u00a0 Every time I have had the chance to put either on a case, I can feel at ease knowing that my clients are in the BEST hands.<\/p>\n<p>These two caregivers not only work hard for their clients and our Assisting Hands staff, but also for each other.\u00a0 They are currently sharing a live-in case in Prospect Heights and help each other out whenever possible. Working a live-in is not always easy and they have each make accommodations when one needs a few hours off to spend time with her children.<\/p>\n<p>The client testimonial below really says it all.\u00a0 Caregiving is not a job for these two, but a real gift and passion for caring for others:<\/p>\n<p><em>Jazzelle was amazing and bonded quickly with mom and us, and provide excellent care and service and was very warm and caring. We were also impressed with the way she transitioned the other staff and always offered to provide assistance. Mom as well as us, bonded very quickly with her. Jackie was also amazing. She was a G-d send! She too bonded immediately with everyone and was so comforting to mom. It&#8217;s not an easy task to care for a terminally ill patient and especially to be there to witness a death, but we can&#8217;t think of anyone better to have been there. My sister said that when she arrived after Mom&#8217;s passing that Mom looked so beautiful and peaceful. Jackie and the Hospice aid had bathed her and Jackie had picked out a cheerful outfit.
