First and foremost, I just wanted to take a minute of gratitude for my entire home care team<\/a>. We have been lucky to find such amazing caregivers during our first year of operation here in Arlington Heights. We often follow the advice of our home care sister office in Florida<\/a>: constantly mine for gems and when you find them, do everything you can to keep them on board!<\/p>\n

\"caregiver-of-the-month-Violet\"<\/p>\n

Our caregiver of the month, Violet (Wioleta) exemplifies all the qualities of a great caregiver. She’s compassionate, calm in difficult situations, reliable, and knowledgeable about her field.\u00a0 Violet is simply a hard worker! She works mostly nights for us, often staying up with clients in their homes all night, 4-5 nights\/week.<\/p>\n

Violet is our neighbor here in Mount Prospect and when\u00a0she\u2019s not helping others, she\u2019s a busy mom of two kids! She\u00a0<\/span>has been working as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 5 years now. She received her CNA from Triton College. We have heard nothing but positive feedback about Violet and we are so happy to have her with Assisting Hands Home Care. She has really shown us what it means to be a caregiver.<\/span><\/p>\n

For me, having Violet on our team gives me a sense of comfort. When we place her with a family, I know the client is safe and her demeanor and professionalism will give the family the same sense of comfort I do when she’s providing care for their loved ones.
