Lauren is chosen as our caregiver of the month! It was all just the right timing when she walked into our office. She is one of those employees who you know you can put in ANY situation. She has done it all and is confident caring for a variety of conditions.\u00a0 She is just the right balance of strength and tenderness that is so important for this job.\u00a0\u00a0 Lauren was inspired to be caregiver after shadowing her mother on nursing calls at a young age.\u00a0 She told us she is living out her mother\u2019s work by continuing to care for others.\u00a0 We are so lucky to have her! Lauren primarily provides overnight care<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lauren is simply amazing! Her skills, confidence and tender loving care is indeed second to none! I have interviewed hundreds and observed hundreds of caregivers in both clinical and nursing facilities all in a quest to keep my parents in their home.\u00a0 She is delightful and an amazing individual. She walks in and says, \u201cI\u2019ve got this! As a caregiver you need to know how important that is! My dad fell in love at first sight. He waits for her like a child and falls asleep instantly under her care. He begs her to stay. He has never responded to anyone like he does to Lauren. It is as if it\u2019s a calling. Being trained by her own mom says a lot! It is intuitive and she cares for my dad like a family member. And- I thank God every day for Lauren.
