\"foy-2016\"NAPLES, FL (September 19, 2016)<\/strong> \u2013 Assisting Hands Home Care Naples today announced that it has been selected the \u201c2016 Franchisee of the Year\u201d by Assisting Hands\u2019 national office.<\/p>\n

Franchise owners Robb Winiecki and Tricia Winiecki received the award during the International Franchise Association\u2019s (IFA) Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting in Washington last week.<\/p>\n

The Winieckis credit their initial success to Assisting H
\nands\u2019 regional concept model.\u00a0\u00a0 In 2008 they signed their franchise agreement but had to wait nearly a year to get accredited and licensed.\u00a0 During that time, they worked at Assisting Hands\u2019 Ft. Myers, Florida office with area representative Robert Thomas. They opened the Naples office in July 2009, and today they carry a staff of 100 caregivers who have helped nearly 1,000 client families in Collier County.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe combination of Tricia\u2019s HR skills and Robb\u2019s customer service acumen are the keys to their success,\u201d said Lane Kofoed, CEO of Assisting Hands Home Care\u2019s national office.\u00a0 \u201cThey run their business with the highest standards, and for that they deserve this award.\u201d<\/div> <\/div>

From answering the phone professionally, speaking intelligently and being knowledgeable about home healthcare, the Winieckis say they continually \u201cmine gems\u201d when it comes to hiring.\u00a0 The competition is stiff for home healthcare providers in Collier County, Florida, which includes Naples, with more than 26 percent of the population aged 65 or older, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>

\u201cOur revenue grew nearly 50 percent in the first two years,\u201d said Robb Winiecki, co-owner of Assisting Hands Home Care Naples.\u00a0 \u201cBut in 2013, when Tricia left her respiratory therapist position for full-time here, that\u2019s when our business really took off.\u201d\u00a0 For the next two years, revenues increased 60 percent.\u00a0 In 2015, revenues continued to grow at more than 20 percent.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>
