Medication management is performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse who will assess the current situation and make recommendations. Our goal is to ensure that our clients are taking their medications SAFELY.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Services can be provided solely for clients that do not need CNA\/HHA services, or in conjunction with home care services.
