A tradition of great caregiving means that we take care of our own employees as well as we take care of our clients.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>The criteria used to select the &#8220;Caregiver of the Month&#8221; is as follows:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Training advancement and continuing education: (35%)<\/li>\r\n<li>Evidence of having provided exceptional care: (35%)<\/li>\r\n<li>Low number of late alerts and no-show rate: (15%)<\/li>\r\n<li>Demonstrated scheduling flexibility for work arrangements: (15%)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Clients (caretakers) can nominate a caregiver if they think they deserve to be honored for their outstanding work and elderly care service.
