You want someone that is kind, caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and someone that your loved one feels comfortable with.<\/p>\n<p>I feel very fortunate that it only took one phone call for me. I contacted Marina at Assisting Hands in Palm Beach and she was my savior. I explained to her everything I expected and wanted from the caregiver. Marina understood how important my mother&#8217;s wellbeing was to our family and assured us she would provide someone that would check all the boxes.<\/p>\n<p>I was expecting to go through 2 or 3 potential candidates before finding the right one. I was wrong. Marina sent Paola, who as it turned out, was the daughter my<\/p>\n<p>I am so grateful for the care Paola gave to my mother and I know she made a huge mother never had. Paola and my mother had an immediate bond and the care she provided was second to none. Difference in her quality of life, especially in her final days.
