In the example about eating habits, perhaps you decided that you want to cut out junk food and replace it with more fruits and vegetables. Now you need to map out how you’ll do that. Make Time Each Day to Chip Away at Your Goals<\/strong><\/p>\n

No matter what your personal goals are, you won’t necessarily achieve them overnight. It’s a good idea to commit to spending at least a little time every day working toward your goals.
