Since then, she has worked with a long-time client whose family adores her. They are especially appreciative of her hard work and reliability. The family describes Shanetta as \u201ctheir saving grace\u201d, who and is always there for them when they need her. Her top priority is making sure her clients always feel safe and comfortable.<\/p>\n<p>Another client says \u201cwords cannot express how wonderful Shanetta is in her role as a caregiver; she is humble, modest, and always does her best.\u201d She takes her career as a Home Health Aide (HHA) very seriously. After supervisory visits from a nurse, Shanetta was repeatedly complimented on her communication and documentation skills, which are both essential in her role.<\/p>\n<p>Shanetta does an amazing job with her clients. So much so that her office often receives calls from clients and their families thanking and praising her profusely.
