The treatment improves walking, self-care and other tasks by helping people \u201crecalibrate\u201d how they perceive their movements with what others actually see. It also teaches them how and when to apply extra effort to produce bigger motions \u2013 more like the movements of everyone around them.<\/p>\n<p>Casey is an occupational therapist who has experience \u00a0in treating a variety of neurological conditions and diseases including but not limited to Stroke\/CVA and Parkinson\u2019s disease.
