Caregivers have peace of mind that their loved one is in good hands while they are involved with work, taking care of other responsibilities or just taking a break from caregiving while the senior is in a safe supportive environment for older adults who need assistance. The participant receives essential health care and mental\/social stimulation through the center\u2019s organized activities.<\/p>\n<p>Adult day care centers promote well-being and quality of life by providing social and health related services. Some programs have a specialized Alzheimer\u2019s license and provide specialized programming in a secure environment.
