I was scared to look into agencies to get for my parents. I didn’t know how they would treat my parents. I called into the office, spoke with the office manager Jackie R. She was so helpful and caring. She followed up with me regarding when someone was coming and the time. I started services, the people who handle the schedule were awesome they kept me informed the whole time. They followed all my instructions and requirements for the caregiver. The girl showed up 15 minutes early, and was already aware of everything that needed to be done!!! This is the best company and they made everything so EASY.<\/div>

Office staff is amazing!! They keep you updated throughout the whole process, there wasn’t a time that I didn’t know what was going on. The owner Vivak came to my home and really made me feel comfortable with my decision of hiring this agency for my 77 year old father, who doesn’t like meeting or being around people he doesn’t know. They took my recommendations and they sent a wonderful women to care for my father. Great job Assisting Hands. I have peace of mind when I leave the house now.<\/div>

Over a year ago I used this company and made a review. Since then, they have changed the staff and the way its ran. After meeting the new staff and talking and dealing with them, I can honestly say I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The staff is very kind, sweet, caring and compassionate. Best place by far! Great staff. Called into the office and spoke with Jacqueline to get information about getting help. She was so helpful. She had someone at my house that night! I was called by another Jackie, but she was the scheduler. She welcomed me to the company, confirmed the schedule, and sent me an amazing aide. I used another agency before, but the girls didn’t even wear scrubs and were always on their phones. Not this agency! Their employees are very professional and I would recommend this agency to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you so much.<\/div>
