It’s not uncommon at all for family caregivers to neglect making and keeping appointments with their own doctors. If that’s true for you, resolve to change that as soon as possible.<\/p>\n Start a Regular Exercise Plan for Yourself<\/strong><\/p>\n By setting up a regular exercise plan for yourself, you’re going to find that your energy levels improve, you’re going to be able to sleep better, and your body will be less prone to aches and pains. If you haven’t exercise d in a while, make sure that you talk to your doctor at your appointment about the best way to get back into exercise, assuming that you’re healthy enough to exercise.<\/p>\n
