Alexis Nguyen is an executive with 30+ years of experience in healthcare business and technology. \u00a0 She was a certified Project Manager (PMP) who rose through the ranks to become the Senior Director of a medical department in one of the country\u2019s largest healthcare insurers. \u00a0Guided by a commitment to multiculturalism, she has developed multi-year strategy plans and created, shaped and cultivated the \u201cBest in Class\u201d culture. \u00a0 She is driven to spread kindness and compassion, ultimately making this world a better place to live.<\/p>\n

Alexis graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Keller Graduate School of Management for her MBA degree. \u00a0Her personal interests include business, leadership, trekking, volunteerism, culinary, traveling, cultures, politics and human rights.<\/p>\n

She is a Board of Trustee Member on the Florida Council on Aging and an Advisory Board Council in healthcare.\u00a0Alexis speaks English and Vietnamese.<\/p>\n

In this capacity, Yohaima has played a pivotal role in ensuring that the needs of thousands of clients are met with the highest standards of care.<\/p>\n

One of Yohaima’s key strengths lies in her commitment to the well-being of both caregiving employees and clients. She takes pride in working closely with caregiving staff to ensure they receive the necessary training and possess the skills required to tailor their services to meet the unique care needs of each client.
