Typically a family member contacts us to inquire about care for a loved one. Our experienced staff will ensure we understand your circumstances, and will offer you feedback around a wide range of potential services.
If home care may be part of the solution, our Director of Nursing can visit to complete a detailed assessment of your loved one’s needs, discuss options and develop a plan of care. There is no cost or commitment for this meeting.
Should you elect to begin service we can usually place an aide within a day or two. Of course we take special care to ensure there is a good fit between the client and caregiver. And we tailor the shifts to the client’s schedule: from a few hours a week to around the clock.
We continue to follow your loved one’s case closely, and we are ready to adjust the care plan as the situation and requirements change. We communicate frequently with family members and offer an online Family Room so you can track your loved one’s care.
If you or someone you know is struggling with the care of a loved one and would like to better understand their options, call Assisting Hands® today.
