Caregiver Job Requirements
- Consistent and reliable work history
- Proof of employment eligibility
- Motor vehicle report and state and national background checks
- Reliable transportation
- Tuberculosis test
- CPR card
- Completion of our 8-hour training once hired
The following are not required but preferred:
- 3 years of experience as a CNA or caregiver
- Experience with dementia patients
- Experience working with people with various conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.
- Open availability
- Ability to transfer up to 225 pounds
