She held several positions in a multinational company, has lived in 7 different countries. Her years of experience have given her the opportunity to learn the best and most effective ways to deliver the quality of service that the Assisting Hands customers deserve.<\/div>\n<div>Teixeira was drawn to the Assisting Hands Home Care franchise model after experiencing the need for safe and comfortable care for a loved one. In 2011, her father-in-law fell and fractured his hip while visiting her family, requiring 24\/7 care for him in her home. Nincy oversees our staff of caregivers by training, motivating, and supervising them to maintain high standards of patient care for our clients.
