Marinus has over 30 years in management at a variety of top companies. Renee was a dispatcher with a major package shipping company before leaving to provide care for her parents. We are devoted to providing outstanding customer service to our clients and peace of mind to their families. Our focus is to offer personalized home care to older adults and others in need.<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to ensuring that all our clients are happy and well cared for in their familiar environment.<\/p>\n<p>Renee grew up in Essex County NJ and Marinus in Bergen County NJ. Renee and Marinus now reside in Middlesex County NJ.<\/p>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to Top<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Director of Nursing, Beverly Warwick, RN<\/h2>\n<p>Nursing Supervisor, Beverly Warwick, is an Advance Practice Nurse; RN, working in collaboration with the team at Assisting Hands. She brings to the agency greater than 30 years of experience from the hospital to homecare working with clients and their families providing care, respect, and support with their decisions. Together with the client and family, an individualized Plan of Care is developed by Bev, and reviewed and implemented based on needs and goals allowing clients to remain in their residence safely.<\/p>\n<p>Bev currently resides in Middletown where she has lived for many years. Happily having raised three children, she now enjoys watching her two granddaughters grow and flourish. In addition to gardening, Bev enjoys helping her husband with their therapy dogs visiting nursing homes, hospitals and special needs children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#top\">Back to Top<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"back-to-top\">Care Coordinator, Kerri Daddio<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to other duties, Kerri is primarily responsible for coordinating our caregivers with our clients. She comes to Assisting Hands with a degree in Social Work and experience with helping families in crisis.\u00a0 Her kind and caring nature and her passion for helping others is what interested Kerri in becoming involved in home health care.<\/p>\n<p>Kerri is dedicated to helping her community. Among her many volunteer activities, she is an active parent volunteer for the East Brunswick school system and a coach for the St. Bart\u2019s Buffalo Cheerleading Organization.<\/p>\n<p>Kerri is also busy raising her two children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and their black Labrador retriever, reading and cooking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#top\">Back to Top<\/a><\/div> <\/div> <div class=\"wpb_text_column \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2 class=\"back-to-top\">Marketing Manager, Hirey Molligoda<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5828 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/assistinghands.com\/6\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2024\/11\/picture1-1-232x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/assistinghands.com\/6\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2024\/11\/picture1-1-232x300.jpg 232w, https:\/\/assistinghands.com\/6\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2024\/11\/picture1-1.jpg 282w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 232px) 100vw, 232px\" \/>As the Marketing Manager, I prioritize building relationships with health care professionals as a trusted, reliable, business partner. I am typically out of the office visiting various health care establishments such as Independent and Assisted Living Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, and Hospitals. Along with my marketing background, I have a genuine passion for helping others as I would consistently volunteer at nursing homes and organizations for those with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raised in Edison, New Jersey, I became an active member in his community and graduated from Rutgers University- New Brunswick in 2022. I love to spend time with his family and work on my custom clothing\/shoe business.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#top\">Back to Top<\/a><\/div> <\/div> <div class=\"wpb_text_column \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><strong>Caregiving is a calling and it is this belief that drives Assisting Hands of Central NJ to ensure that only caring, committed and compassionate caregivers become part of our Assisting Hands team.
