Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description: This position has primary responsibilities for building the caregiver team and is instrumental in recruiting highly results-oriented Care Staff. A sense of urgency is a must while paying close attention to detail. Must be Reliable, Coachable, Curious, and Committed to succeed, and must be able to identify caregivers who also possess these qualities. You will recruit through job boards, social media, job fairs, and other avenues.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred. Healthcare and/or homecare experience is desirable.

Primary Duties:

• Often the first face of our business, with a focus on Professional, Courteous Customer Service.
• Responsible for Recruiting Caregivers, meeting office-specific performance metrics
• Responsible for achieving daily and weekly calling quotas as well as other metrics to ensure a successful hiring rate. Weekly reports will be required.
• Must meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
• Responsible for checking all office recruitment resources daily and following up with each candidate in a timely manner
• Must effectively phone screen, interview, and reference check candidates
• All State and Franchise required credentials must be collected and appropriately documented
• Participate in onboarding, orientation, and training
• Provides accurate and timely information about services to prospective clients and schedules intakes for the Administrator when prospects call
• Supports the Staffing Coordinator as necessary
• Participates in after-hours on-call support as assigned
