This experience highlights the many health benefits of laughter while creating a fun and welcoming environment for everyone. No prior experience is required. Simply come ready to smile and enjoy the moment.<\/p>\n<p>We also encourage you to bring something that brings you happiness. You may choose to share a favorite poem, quote, joke, story, artwork, or anything else that makes you smile.
