We are thrilled to welcome dance and movement therapist Donna Newman-Bluestein, who will guide us in moving either in our seats or on our feet. Remember: if you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm! Absolutely no prior experience is necessary to join in the fun.<\/p>\n<p>We also encourage you to bring along something else that brings a smile to your face. Whether you choose to share a favorite poem, a meaningful quote, a joke, a story, or a piece of artwork, sharing these personal moments helps create a warm, engaging, and joyful experience for everyone attending.
