If you are, you may be interested to know that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jfcsboston.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jewish Family &amp; Children Service<\/a> regularly holds Memory Cafes. These are amazing events where individuals with dementia and their family members can come, socialize, and get to know others that are in the same situation. There&#8217;s also a number of fun and engaging activities that you get to enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Want to a little more about what you&#8217;re getting into? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLHJOmSrZ9zxTQuGLGz85ueiI544t_b9ad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">This playlist<\/a> was put together for guests and others to see and enjoy parts of our previous ones. You can get a great idea of what&#8217;s involved.<\/p>\n<p>Ready to join the next one?<\/p>\n<h2>Memory Cafe: Jukebox Days<\/h2>\n<p>From <em><strong>10 am to noon on Friday, August 6th<\/strong><\/em>, through the magic of <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zoom<\/a>, we will join a group in Scotland to enjoy \u201cJukebox Days,\u201d presented by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memoriesinternational.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Memories International<\/a>. We\u2019ll listen to and chat about music from the early 1960s, including Motown, the British Invasion, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, and more! You can also tie-in via conference call!<\/p>\n<p>If you want to attend this memory cafe, contact Beth Soltzberg via email (preferred) at <a href=\"mailto:bsoltzberg@jfcsboston.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bsoltzberg@jfcsboston.org<\/a> or by leaving a voicemail at <a href=\"tel:781-693-5628\">781-693-5628<\/a> at least 24 hours in advance.
