This one will feature expressive dance and movement specialist Donna Newman-Bluestein. Join us as she shares the power of dance to inspire, uplift, and heal. Come and enjoy gentle exercise, great music, and enjoyment. It will be held virtually on Friday, October 1st, 2021, from 10 AM to noon.
