It will be held on the first Friday of the month,<strong> Friday, October 6th, from 10 AM to\u00a0<\/strong><b>noon. <\/b>The\u00a0caf\u00e9 will be held at JF&amp;CS headquarters, 1430 Main Street in Waltham.<\/p>\n<p>Dance instructor Art Sullivan will lead us in movement that is accessible to everyone.
