We\u2019re thrilled to announce the addition of two extraordinary individuals to our team: Jenna Krysko<\/strong>, RN – Case Manager, and Mary Sullivan<\/strong>\u00a0– Talent Acquisition and Scheduling Coordinator.<\/p>\n

Meet Jenna Krysko, RN – Case Manager<\/h2>\n

Jenna Krysko joins Assisting Hands \u2013 Boston NW with over a decade of nursing experience dedicated to the elderly community. A proud graduate of Fitchburg State University<\/strong>, Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, skilled rehab facilities, home care, outpatient wound care, and foot care services.<\/p>\n

Her most pivotal role came during the COVID-19 pandemic when she served as a nurse manager in a long-term care facility<\/strong>, navigating the challenges of the crisis while championing patient advocacy. This experience deepened her commitment to ensuring that older adults and their families feel supported, respected, and empowered to navigate the often overwhelming healthcare system.<\/p>\n

Jenna is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to truly connect with those in her care. As an “old soul,” she finds joy in learning about the lives, histories, and interests of her patients.<\/p>\n
