This month, the JF&amp;CS Memory Caf\u00e9 will offer participants an inspiring morning filled with rhythm and connection. Led by Monique and Stephen from SoulWorks Rhythm, the lively drum circle will engage the body, stimulate the mind, and lift the spirit.<\/p>\n<p>Drumming is one of the oldest forms of mind-body healing. It can help reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve mood, and encourage creative expression. Participants do not need any prior experience, and all instruments will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>The Memory Caf\u00e9 offers a warm and welcoming environment for individuals living with memory changes and their care partners.
