This month, the<strong> JF&amp;CS Memory Caf\u00e9<\/strong> will feature a calming and restorative session with Sue Novick, who will guide participants through an indoor Forest Bathing-inspired experience. Drawing from the Japanese practice of <strong>Shinrin-Yoku<\/strong>, or \u201c<strong>immersing in the forest<\/strong>,\u201d this program will include mindful breathing, gentle movement, and sensory exploration.<\/p>\n<p>Forest Bathing has been shown to provide both physical and emotional health benefits. It offers a chance to slow down, open the senses, and connect with the natural world in new and meaningful ways.
