We have put this page together to help Veterans and their families explore some of the benefits available to them. We know it can be very overwhelming and sometimes you don’t know where to even start.

Homemaker Services

If your Veteran needs help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, feeding, dressing, toileting (just to name a few) or respite care for the primary caregiver we can help. Assisting Hands Centennial is a VA approved provider. Give us a call at 720 548-6400 to see how we can help. Also, see attached for a complete list of ADLs.

Death Benefits

Veterans also receive death benefits to help with funeral and burial costs. Please reference the PDF VA Death Benefits for more details about what is available for your loved one. We would be honored to put you in touch with a local funeral home to assist with these arrangements as well. Just give us a call at 720 548-6400.

VA Spouse and Surviving Spouse Benefits

There are also pension benefits available to Veterans, their spouses as well as surviving spouses. This pension benefit can be up to $2,431 per month for a couple. Give us a call to see if you meet the qualifications for this benefit at 720 548-6400.
