Events during COVID-19 – On-Site Wellness and Temperature Check

If you are planning a special event and are concerned about the safety of your guests, see how Assisting Hands can help with on-site temperature checks

Assisting Hands Wellness Screening

As many states are beginning to reopen, and people are starting to socialize again, event planners consider implementing strategies that reduce the spread of COVID-19 among staff and attendees.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other trusted health organizations recommend conducting health checks such as temperature screening and/or symptom checking of staff and attendees safely and respectfully, and in accordance with any applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Consider having your guests’ temperatures taken upon arrival at your event or party by one of our trained and professional caregivers.

Help your guests feel more confident and comfortable in socializing at your party by noting it on your invitation that temperatures will be taken upon arrival.

Our caregivers are trained and experienced in proper PPE protocol and infection control. We also follow the CDC guidelines for safety.

Event Temperature Screening

Upon arrival to your event, each guest will be asked a series of questions to determine that they are symptomatic and they will have their temperature taken.

  • We use non-contact thermometers for temperature scans
  • We screen for potential COVID-19 symptoms
  • We ask questions to assess exposure and risk level

Reduce the risk of spreading the virus and protect your guests and their families.
