We have immediate Caregiver openings throughout the region, including Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Franklin, Waukesha, Shorewood, Oak Creek, Cudahy, New Berlin, Delafield, Greendale, Lake Geneva, Kenosha, Racine, Mukwonago, Muskego, Wind Lake and Burlington just to name a few.

Unmatched Compensation and Benefits
- $15 to $18 per hour – – base, depending on the assignment; your availability and experience can qualify you for the highest paying positions!
- STAR Bonus program makes it easy to earn another $100 bonus for every 100 hours worked (which amounts to another $1 per hour on top of the base)
- Choose Full-or Part-Time; Days, Evenings, Nights; Weekdays, Weekends; Shifts of all Lengths: 12, 10, 8, 4 hour- shifts.

Minimum Qualifications
- No certification required; those without experience get the hands-on training they need to succeed before they begin!
- Smartphone.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift, push or pull 25 pounds; bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach.
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
Job Description
Visit clients’ homes on pre-set schedules. Follow customized Plans of Care. Address other needs, or opportunities to support health, happiness and wellbeing, as they arise.
Responsibilities
Care one-on-one for your clients, assisting them with activities of daily living (ADLs):
- Selecting and wearing proper clothing.
- Moving from place to place.
- Bathing & grooming.
- Toileting/incontinence care.
- Preparing and eating meals.
Perform other tasks that promote overall health, safety, social engagement:
- Companionship.
- Activities that offer mental & physical stimulation.
- Run errands or accompany to appointments, outings.
- Maintain clean, safe, healthy surroundings.
