For the month of August we are proud to recognize Alexius as our August Caregiver of the Month. Alexius is a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) who joined our agency in June 2023. Alexius came to Assisting Hands with prior experience working in a facility and quickly adapted to in home care. She has primarily cared for a husband and wife couple who have welcomed her as part of their family! Alexius is also quick to step up to take on additional shifts either as a regularly scheduled shift or filling in for another member of our team that might need to take that day off. Our Clients often call in to the office to tell us what a great day they had with Alexius, and ask about her availability. Alexius not only provides great care in the home, but regularly takes her Clients to doctor\u2019s appointments, shopping, the pharmacy, and even to the hairdresser or barber. She is often mistaken for a family member while out in public because of how well she is caring for her Clients. It is a pleasure to have Caregivers on our team such as Alexius to help us strive to be the best home care agency in the area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
