The Administration for Community Living (ACL) <\/a>observes Older Americans Month each May. This month is set aside to recognize the many ongoing achievements of and contributions by the nation\u2019s seniors. Per the ACL\u2019s 2026 theme, the three pillars of healthy aging are prevention, wellness, and personal responsibility. Prevention efforts include seeking preventive medical care.
